The service is provided by A.O. CHILD DREAMS, IDNO: 1019620000300.
Platform purpose
Desene.md provides coloring pages, online coloring, downloads, printing, search, collections and educational/recreational tools. Some functions require an account.
License for coloring pages
Unless otherwise stated on a drawing page, downloadable materials are provided for personal, family and non-commercial educational use. Resale, bulk republication, mirroring as your own catalog, removal of rights notices or abusive automated use is prohibited without permission.
Accounts and security
Users are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping their password confidential. Access may be suspended in cases of fraud, attacks, aggressive scraping, spam or use that threatens the service.
Children
Parents/legal representatives are encouraged to supervise children using the service. Consent-based processing follows the legal threshold of 14; below that age authorization by the legal representative is required where applicable.
Content and intellectual property
The brand, design, code, text and original platform elements are protected by applicable law. Third-party rights remain with their holders. Rights concerns can be submitted through the contact channel or Data Rights Center.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be updated, suspended or withdrawn for maintenance, security or legal compliance.
Liability
The service is provided within the limits allowed by law. Desene.md does not replace parental supervision or professional educational, medical or legal advice. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-subject rights.
